Deux salons , une cuisine ouverte et un espace repas spacieux et lumineux. 3 chambres, 2 salles de bain et 2 sanitaires ajoute au confort du lieu. Très bonne expérience en famille."

"Emplacement excellent. Impasse tranquille. A 15 minutes à pied se la gare de Lyon. Quartier vivant, calme et sympathique. Le couple qui gère les lieux est à l'écoute de problèmes que nous pourrions rencontrer et répond rapidement. Nous reviendrons sans problème pour une semaine"

"Les deux lits doubles sont petits pour deux. Et il y a quelques grincements. Très grand lave-vaisselle mais des ustensiles pas si nombreux que cela en comparaison"

"Hote très accueillant, et arrivée facile avec remise des clefs et présentation de l'appartement. Duplex superbe, 3 belles chambres, deux salons, une cuisine, une salle de bain et une salle de douche, donc parfait pour 5 ou 6 personnes, dans une impasse, donc très calme (on n(entend rien la nuit), dans un quartier très agréable, avec supermarché, plusieurs boulangeries, des bars et restaurants, Et métro tout proche. En plus, la cuisine est très bien équipée, et il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour se préparer les repas, c'est vraiment une pépite, ce logement à un prix très raisonnable!"

"With three bedrooms and two living areas spread over two floors of a converted industrial building, there was ample space for all members of our 3-generation family to feel at home. The flat is thoughtfully decorated and very well equipped; the neighbourhood is dynamic with good connections to the rest of Paris it also provides lots of choices for eating out or for food shopping to eat at home. The host, Marie, was very accommodating and responsive to all our queries."

"As a very minor detail, it would have been helpful to include the WiFi details on the information sheet, as the router was of a novel type for us."

"The apartment was very spacious and had almost everything we needed - minus a few specific items families require for young children (potty, high chair, stepping stool, etc.). Upon arrival we were able to easily contact the property owner and get the keys within minutes. If we needed help during our stay we just had to ask and the property owner tried their best to arrange for it. The apartment was also within a few steps from a metro station and taxi stop, which made getting around the city a lot simpler than expected. The apartment itself was old (sound from the neighbours does travel) but very well maintained and kept nice and clean. There was a grocery and fresh food shop nearby and several nice cafes for brunch. Overall a lovely choice and highly recommended by our family of six."

"After requesting for a stepping stool and high chair, the owner had promised us she would do the best to arrange for them but then never ended up following through. We made do without though as the apartment was generally very well equipped. We were not impressed to find expired food items in the fridge and it was a bit of an annoyance to have to first request for a bath plug to make use of the bathtub. The decor was also lovely, but not suitable for small children -specifically toddlers and babies - as many items were loose and breakable. We had to shift everything into one of the bedrooms before we could let them roam around freely. Other than that it was a beautiful place to stay and we would definitely return!"

"Great location, near Metro and good restaurants/baker/butcher/supermarket. Made it easy to eat out or stay in. Property facilities excellent, loads of room for six of us (more might have been cramped)."

"Whilst it was hot weather anyway, property doesn't lend itself to being cooled easily. Plenty of open windows helped. It's a minor point, as we were very happy staying here."

"The apartment is beautiful and clean. The apartment has two floors. On the lower floor there is an entrance and two bedrooms, on the upper floor there is a living area with a kitchen and a bedroom. The location of the apartment is in a quiet street. There are restaurants, shops and other services nearby. the subway is 3 minutes away. The owner was attentive and answered all questions and solved problems very quickly."
